Wow! This week comes on like a dynamo, but it’s nothing you can’t handle!


First off, the energy is all about letting that shit go!

• What are you holding onto from the past that is keeping you from embracing where you are at right now?
  
• Are you literally tripping over something that is behind you?
  

It happens to the best of us, and it doesn’t have to happen to you, anymore! Turn around, look whatever it is in the eye, and tell it to take a hike… you don’t need to be weighed down by the past anymore! Let. It. Go.


The midweek comes around with more support and an energy of it is Time to Decide!


You may have a decision you’ve been putting off, and that’s okay, but right now there is no time like the present to get this figured out and taken care of for good!


Procrastination is fine, until it isn’t and this is one of those times… you must decide and also take action based on what has been decided. Trust that your choices are the right ones… they are.


The weekend is also about letting go… of your anger. We all have things are carry anger and are mad about and it’s okay, but this week (and weekend) is really about letting all that stuff go. Anger burns you, hurts you, and scars you… the other person or situation may not even be aware of your anger… it’s definitely about you! You are carrying it, and you can put it down. I know you can and I’m proud of you.
