​A Week to Focus on Healing Past Hurts, Making a Decision, and Thinking Positively

Have you ever heard the saying: two steps forward and one step back?


Sometimes that’s just how life goes. This week might start off like that, with you healing and making some real progress on what has hurt you in the past. If you fall back, just keep moving forward. You’ve got this.


Midweek is a time of ACTION. Make a decision (and if something pops into your head that you’re trying to figure out… now is the time to choose) and not only make the decision, but take some action towards making it happen. Even if it’s just the smallest thing, like even telling someone what you’re going to do, or sending a text or email to someone to get to the ball rolling.


The big thing here is making the decision and then taking the action to support that decision! Everything supports you doing that right now!

As the week winds down, it’s time to stay focused on what’s going right. Keep your thoughts uplifted and positive.


You just made a decision (hopefully) and are taking action… believe in yourself and your choices and actions and go for it! Don’t let repetitive negative thoughts take you out of your mojo! Stay strong and be kind to yourself this week in thought, action and words! Have a great week!
