Embrace Your Power, Face What’s Holding You Back, Be a Clear Channel

Wow! This month is starting off powerfully. Stop for a second, take a deep breath and get ready to dive into a month that could change your life. Even seeing these colors should give you an idea of the power of this week!


The week starts off with a clear indication that now is the time to claim your power and embrace that power. You are powerful. You know that, right? You do… even if you don’t think you do. (Here’s a quick challenge… make a quick list of 3 times you were brave…)


Then, midweek comes with the support you need to face what’s been holding you back?
Is there a voice that says you can’t do it?
Do you think no one will care or listen?
Do you think you aren’t good enough?
Do you think someone else can do it better than you?
Do you think you have to do it perfectly or you shouldn’t be doing it?


I’ve had all those thoughts and more and still do sometimes… and I’ve found that facing those fears by taking action has been so powerful. You never know until you give it a try! I believe in you and what you’re capable of!

The week ends with clarity… you’ve embraced your power in whatever way that looks for you, you’ve started to face those fears that are holding you back, now it’s time to be a clear channel… what does that look like? It means flowing along with and towards the thoughts that support you and not the ones which don’t. You’ve got this!

INTUITIVE INSIGHT MAY 13-19, 2019

Do What You Love, Be Open to Love, Listen to Reason

It’s a week about love… the freedom to do what you love, the wisdom to be open to love, and the willingness to listen to reason with love.


The week starts off with a gentle, yet powerful vibe to do what you love… you know what that is, right? Even if you can’t do it all the way, take a step towards what it is that you love… even taking a tiny step in the right direction can be the beginning of a huge change down the road.


Be sure to honor yourself and your choices and desires during this time. Being true to you now is very important.


Midweek is all about being open to the love coming at you… this could look like a lot of different things… just pay attention to what is showing up for you and notice how much you are loved… there are literally signs and symbols all around you, if you just look for them.


Now is a great time to sit and really take this in… YOU ARE LOVED by many and in many different ways. It can be quite powerful to really understand that on a deep level. You are important to many!


The week ends with an alignment with your rational mind… you might have a sudden clarity about something you’ve been wondering about which frees you to take action; you might have sudden peace about an issue that has been causing unrest; you might know exactly what you need to do right now… there may be a shift in how you think about something during this time. Pay attention to that.


Or, it’s possible that someone may present you with something that opens your mind in a different way and helps you look at things in a new way. This could be a very exciting time. Be sure to be open to whatever new information is coming your way. Do your best not to react in the predictable way. Be open and see what happens. ​

Align with your Spirit, Build Wisely, Are You Too Attached?

​It’s very important right now that you are not only aware of what you want (and you do know… even if you’re trying to hide it from yourself… there is something you want and desire and you deserve to have it). When you can accept that you deserve for your desires to come true, that is true alignment with your spirit… listen to your inner nudges and intuition, honor that part of you… it knows what you want, what you need to do, and who you are! Align with that!


As we move into Wednesday and Thursday, it’s the time is right to build wisely. What does that mean? It means it’s a great time to take action towards what you desire and know you deserve. It’s also a great time to pay attention to detail in all areas of your life and make sure your I’s are dotted and your T’s are crossed. Read the fine print if you need too… make sure you know what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. Follow the directions and heed any advice you receive about the direction you’re heading right now.


The end of the week is a hard question, but a true answer could be quite liberating. The question is: Are you too attached? This could be too anything… look at all the things you aren’t neutral about and maybe give them a little space… look at the other side of things; work on seeing other people’s point of view (especially if you don’t agree… and I’m not saying you need to change your own mind about anything… but it never hurts to take another look at things from a different angle to see what you might learn and find out… about you and about them!)


It’s a powerful week that asks you to be very honest with yourself, where you’re going, where you want to go, how you feel about getting there, and how you feel about perspectives different from yours and the fact that maybe you might be holding on too tightly to somethings that would be better off let go of.


It’s a very introspective week, so be sure to go easy on yourself, believe in yourself and be kind to yourself.

It’s Time to Make a Plan, Focus on Your Commitments, and to Wake Up

As we roll out of May and into June, all that’s come before us this month comes together to help us make a plan! Making a plan is fun! Allow yourself to dream and think big and believe in your vision. Take your time, create a strong plan, a plan you can live with and implement. Create a plan that supports you and where you want to go. And, then after that has happened… TAKE ACTION… because any plan is only as good as the execution of that plan… otherwise it’s not a plan, it’s just a dream.


The energy of the middle of the week supports everything that happens in the beginning of the week… you’ve made your plans and you’re ready to take that action to make them come true (even if it’s only one teeny-tiny step) because you have the support of being able to focus on your commitments right now, which should help you realize how powerful and important it is to take action and move forward with your plan. You’ve got this!


The weekend and the end of this month is all about being and getting real with yourself. It’s time to wake up, sweetheart. And, that is not a bad thing. There has been a re-occurring theme this month about being open to differences in opinion, seeing things from a different point of view, and opening up to new perspectives and perceptions.


It’s truly time now as we step into the freshness and promise of a new month, to take the blinders off and see what’s really what. This may sound scary and it may even be a little scary… you’ve heard the term “growing pains” and I’m hear to tell you that it doesn’t always mean a physical feeling. It can be scary, powerful, empowering, and maybe even a little painful to see the truth, acknowledge the truth, and take that truth into your being. But, if not now, when?


It’s a been an amazing month with so much opportunity for growth and truth. You may not even feel like the person you were when this month started off and that is a good thing! Change is truly our only constant and growth is always a good thing.


You’re a warrior. Keep walking your truth and seeing and saying what needs to be seen and said.
