We start the week off with a great reminder... it’s time to cleanse our energy!

What exactly does that mean?

It means that this is a great time to do some energetic cleaning around you, your home and your life.

There are different ways to do this...

• you can do something as simple as clapping your hands in the corners of your home and banishing any and all negativity;
• you can also burn sage, use crystals, incense or essential oils,
• you can call in Archangel Michael for clean up and protection.
  
  

Even just setting the intention to clean up and release all negativity surrounding you in both your environment and your own mind, will get the ball rolling in the right direction and things will start to become clearer for you. A decision or choice you’ve been struggling with may all of a sudden become crystal clear.

That energy takes us to Wednesday/Thursday where we make a shift to open our hearts.

This may be a time when you are able to release past hurts and blockages and truly and once and for all, move on in the direction of your true passions and potential.

This is a very exciting time!

Rarely has it taken so long to write a Colors of Your Week report, but this week's guidance is so direct and and even a bit challenging, that it took a little time to put it all into words!

Here we go... first of all, the colors and artwork are always chosen before the report is written and all three pieces that make up The Colors of Your Week kit work hand in hand.

This week's artwork is literally a circle of never-ending love filled with all types of purple. Purple is the highest spiritual color and also represents the crown chakra, which is our connection with God/The Universe and a never ending circle of love speaks for itself.

Jumping right in, Monday and Tuesday bring true potential for growth and change.

There's no time like now to grab hold of YOUR life and start setting some clear limits and boundaries. Let go of the idea that nice people always say Yes! That is total B.S. Wednesday/Thursday continues with a very simple and direct message: The time is now to truly and finally and really approve of and love yourself.

The never-ending love of today's art represents how to feel about yourself!

Seriously! You're so worthy of your own love. Start loving yourself hard and with abandon and see what happens. (If you're thinking, yeah, this sounds easy for you to say, I get it, reach out and we can chat why this feels so hard sometimes.)

Friday, Saturday and Sunday show up with a HUGE reminder: It's safe to  say goodbye to your fears and doubts.

Now is a great time to let go of anything that's not serving you (resentments, judgments, all past pain and anger) and take in on a very deep level that ultimately everything is really okay, you can trust the divine plan.

Look at your life with tenderness, honesty, respect and appreciation.

You've lived through ALL of that and here you are!

Love yourself for who you are, what you bring to the planet, and all the help you've received.

First of all, Happy Mother's Day to all the beautiful moms out there.

Let this week be easy and pay attention to the joy and the glory because this is a beautiful week...childlike energy and a sense of wonder starts us off and takes us into midweek where we find ourselves realizing and seeing dreams come true, and then by week's end, we can take some time to support ourselves and our health.

The week starts off with a focus on children... whether they're your children, children you know, or your own inner child. 

There's different ways to interpret this...

• you might form an unexpected connection with a child,
• you may work with children (or would like to),
• you may be focused on bringing children into your life,
• or it's time to indulge your own inner child. 

As we move into midweek, you may be finding something that you've wanted for a very long time coming true for you now! How awesome is that! It's like finally, your wish has been granted! Focus on gratitude and wonder during this time.

By the time the weekend rolls around for this fun week, it's a great time to reflect on our health and how it contributes to our happiness...

• Would a dietary change help?
• Is exercise something you'd like to do more of?
• Have you been considering doing a detox?

Any ideas that show up now around health are important and you should pay attention to them, if you're considering a change. The energy is supportive now to do so.

The week begins with a reminder to do your work with devotion.

This is actually a lesson in mindfulness... anything can be your "work" when you are being mindful.
Devote yourself to whatever the task is at hand and truly love it.

Immerse yourself in the beauty and feel of the soapy water as you wash the dishes. Love each letter as you write that report. Breathe in the smell of the earth as you plant those flowers. Love each color you lay on the page of this coloring sheet. (The palette and coloring sheet are delivered weekly to members of The Coloring Book Clubhouse and is just one of their fantastic perks.)

When you are truly present with what you are doing or what is happening at the time, gratitude is a natural result. Stay present to your being this week (especially on Monday and Tuesday and see where this takes you).

Midweek arrives and it's time to be decisive! Have you been going back and forth about something (even though deep down you know what you need to do)?

• Are you second-guessing things?
• Are you lamenting over past decisions?
• Do you feel like you're going in circles and don't know what to do?

The energy and time is right now to make the choice, make the move, and make some solid decisions.
